Atlanta Fed president Raphael Bostic violated Federal Reserve rules regarding how officials can trade and invest, according to the central bank's inspector general. The watchdog did not find that Bostic's trades were based on confidential FOMC information, though they did find he "created an 'appearance of acting on confidential FOMC information.'”
