The company operates through Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Institutional Business, International Business, Investment Trading, and Parent-subsidiary Integration Business segments. The Wealth Management segment offers agency trading of stocks, funds, bonds, derivative financial instruments, etc.; financial services, including investment advisory, portfolio advice, financial product sales, and asset allocation; margin trading, stock-pledged repurchases, agreed repurchase transactions, and other services. The Investment Banking segment provides investment banking services for a variety of corporate and government clients comprising equity financing, bond financing, structured financing, financial advisory, asset securitization, and diversified financing solutions. The Institutional Business segment offers prime brokers, seat leasing, custody outsourcing, investment research, sales, and trading for institutional clients. The International Business segment provides brokerage and sales, investment banking, research, and asset management services to institutional, corporate, and retail clients. The Investment Trading segment engages in investment trading of equity securities, fixed-income securities, commodities, and derivative financial instruments with its funds; and offers integrated financial solutions for clients' investment, financing, and risk management. The Parent-subsidiary Integration Business segment provides futures, private equity investment management, and alternative investment services. It serves various individual and institutional clients comprising multinational corporations, medium and small-sized enterprises, high-net-worth clients, and retail clients. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
